Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SraZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

SraZone is a job search and aggregation platform that collects, deduplicates, and organizes job listings from multiple sources including Ethiojobs, Ezega, LinkedIn, Telegram channels, and other job boards operating in Ethiopia.

The Service provides:

• Searchable access to aggregated job listings
• Email and Telegram job alerts based on your preferences
• Salary insights and market data
• Saved jobs functionality
• Employer posting capabilities

The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of job listings, or that all available jobs are included. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may change without notice.

The Service is primarily available to users in Ethiopia. We reserve the right to restrict access from other jurisdictions at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using email and password or Google OAuth.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts for the same person
• Use another person's account without their express permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain misleading information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Job Alerts

Web alerts require a signed-in account. You choose filters and email frequency; we match new listings against your criteria. Telegram alerts are independent and do not need a web account.

You can pause or delete alerts at any time. Delivery depends on third-party providers, so we do not guarantee instant delivery.

5. Salary Data

Salary ranges on our pay guide are estimates for general benchmarking in ETB per month (gross). Published salaries on listings come from the original post. Neither constitutes an offer or guarantee of pay. Confirm compensation directly with the employer before accepting a role.

6. Posting a Job

Employers who post through SraZone confirm they are authorized to publish those roles, that listings are accurate, and that they comply with applicable employment and advertising laws in Ethiopia.

7. Intellectual Property

Job descriptions, expressive content, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective sources. SraZone extracts factual data for indexing and discovery. Our original software, branding, and curated data structures are protected and may not be copied without permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial job searching purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SraZone to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape or use bots to extract data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job content

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SraZone is not liable for hiring decisions, application outcomes, salary negotiations, or actions taken based on aggregated listings, estimates, or alerts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) for free users.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or conduct harmful to other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.
